We recently had to pick a virtual fax provider for one of our clients. Being one of the largest virtual fax vendors, we went straight to eFax at http://eFax.com. After 30-45 minutes of going through their website, we went on to other providers.
Why we didn't sign with eFax:
1) Tried to use their website on an iPad.
Couldn't.
