The usTLD Stakeholders Council will have their next meeting on September 17, 2020 at 12:00 pm Eastern Time.

Bryan Britt of Beltane Web Services is a Charter Member of the Council, serving since it’s inception in 2014. Bryan represents the interests of the Delegated Domain Managers and registrants in the legacy Locality .US namespace. He will be in attendance at the meeting and has updates on the new dashboard for the Locality namespace that should be ready soon.

Beltane Support Ticketing System is Live

Our new Support Ticketing System is now live and we are happy with it. Previously, the support tickets were done on a separate website that required a separate login. Clients rarely used it, although we did log the calls on it.

This new system is integrated with the main site, is customer-facing and will repond to email requests.
